REPFIT Runners and Racing in Reston are teaming up for a women-only, 8-week training series capped off by the WTF 5K. Training program registration is closed.
walk
You’re new to exercise and want to connect with others in your community. You might have an injury, or life has gotten in the way, but you want to return to exercising.
Speed walk
You walk briskly 2-4 times per week. You want to improve your fitness, but running is not your style.
Run/Walk
You want to introduce running into your fitness routine, or run/walk interval training is more your speed. You’d like a program that starts with more walking intervals and progresses to more running intervals.
Run
You run 2-3 times per week. You like your pace and want to run with other women.
Advanced Run
You want to increase your running speed and improve your 5K time. You’re interested in a group that includes speed work once a week.
