Have you ever thought, “WTF am I running this race for?” or “WTF, is that the finish line?” Now you can wear those thoughts proudly! Our race shirts are the perfect companion for those moments of self-reflection on the trail.

Ignite Your Fitness This Fall!

REPFIT Runners and Racing in Reston are teaming up for a women-only, 8-week training series capped off by the WTF 5K. Training program registration is closed.

Unlock your inner athlete! Whether you’re taking your first steps or striving to shatter your personal record, we’ve got the program to catapult you toward 5K glory.

From novice walkers to seasoned sprinters, we’ve tailored plans to help you conquer your 5K goals. Choose your training program and get started today!

  • Walk – You’re new to exercise and want to connect with others in your community. You might have an injury, or life has gotten in the way, but you want to return to exercising. 
  • Speed Walk – You walk briskly 2-4 times per week. You want to improve your fitness, but running is not your style. 
  • Run/Walk – You want to introduce running into your fitness routine, or run/walk interval training is more your speed. You’d like a program that starts with more walking intervals and progresses to more running intervals. 
  • Run – You run 2-3 times per week. You like your pace and want to run with other women.
  • Advanced Run – You want to increase your running speed and improve your 5K time. You’re interested in a group that includes speed work once a week.

You can choose to train once or twice a week based on your schedule.
